Operator (Soldering)
Summary
Assembles and solders RF cable assemblies, tests with VNA, and follows safety protocols. Involves a 3–6 month training program with potential advanced training in China.
Job Descriptions
• Assembly RF Cable Assemblies and Soldering.
• Prepare cables (cut, strip, crimp, shield, measure).
• Perform visual self-inspection.
• Test RF/MW assemblies with VNA per specs.
• Follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Read and interpret RF cable drawings.
• Candidates are expected to commit to a 3 to 6 month soldering training program. Outstanding candidates during this period may be given the opportunity to travel to China for advanced soldering training.
• Following the 3 to 6 months soldering training, the main duties will primarily involve soldering work, as well as other process related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
• ITE engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in RF/MW cable assembly, and familiarity with label printers and test equipment (e.g., Vector Network Analyzer, Hipot tester) are advantageous.
• Experience in soldering electronic products is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a positive working attitude.
• Team player.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
