Operator Supervisor

Support the production team by performing manual tasks such as loading raw materials, transferring goods, and general handling of products.

Pack finished food products into appropriate packaging and label them according to production requirements.

Ensure packaging meets quality and hygiene standards.

Clean workstations, equipment, and production areas according to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain tidiness.

Assist machine operators by preparing materials, feeding machines, or removing processed items.

Report any machine issues or abnormalities to supervisors.

Visually inspect products for defects or contamination before packing or further processing.

Ensure consistency in product appearance and packaging.

Adhere to workplace safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Move and organize raw materials or finished goods within the production or storage areas.

Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Assist with other tasks as needed.
