Operator Technician

Operator Technician (for candidates outside the UAE) We are currently looking for Technicians / Operators to support field operations and maintenance activities across the UAE. Offer a contract duration of 3–6 months with a possibility of extension depending on project requirements and business needs. We welcome applications candidates outside the UAE including India, Pakistan, and other countries. The company is ready to support the relocation and legalization process for suitable candidates selected for the role. Key Responsibilities • Provide operational and maintenance support to the Equipment Engineer during field operations. • Maintain high HSE standards during all operation and maintenance activities. • Support skid operations to ensure safe and efficient process performance. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. • Inspect and test equipment, identify malfunctions, and support troubleshooting activities. • Assemble, install, maintain, and repair piping systems as well as related electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic equipment. • Participate in installation, commissioning, deinstallation, and servicing activities at customer sites. Work Schedule • 12-hour shift schedule. • Overtime is paid in accordance with company policy.

• Associate degree preferred OR High School Diploma / GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience. • Previous experience operating or maintaining Oil & Gas equipment. • Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance or operational experience. • Basic troubleshooting skills for low-voltage, single-phase, and three-phase equipment up to 480V. • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Fluent English as a must
