Operator - Wastewater

Qualifications:

· HS Diploma or GED

· Groundwater License C/D or above

· Wastewater License C/D or above

Skills Required:

· Water and wastewater D license is desirable or must have ability to obtain it within 6 months of joining

· Basic knowledge about the working of pumps, oil skimmers, sand filters, cooling towers

· Ability to operate a forklift and backhoe. Additional heavy duty operation ability is a plus

· Must be motivated to work with minimum supervision

· Maintain an exceptional level of attendance and punctuality

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Responsibilities:

· Implement water systems related procedures to ensure uninterrupted availability of various water systems

· Responsible for proper functioning of the potable system and wastewater system

· Perform necessary work in operating mechanical equipment such as pumps, oil skimmers, raking system, sand filters

· Responsible for constant monitoring of the water system parameter, analyzing and logging of data, and identifying possible system malfunction

· Responsible for general housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties, including string trimming, debris removal, and related clean up tasks
