OPEX BI Analyst / Continuous Improvement Analyst

Funciones - Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring tools. - Analyze operational, productivity, and business performance data to support decision-making. - Manage and improve reporting solutions used across multiple European countries. - Work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality. - Support LMS administration activities, including user management, reporting, and data analysis. - Assist with content management and system maintenance activities. - Monitor LMS performance metrics and produce relevant reports. - Support end-user adoption and training initiatives. - Contribute to continuous improvement projects and business process optimization initiatives. - Assist in documenting processes, creating training materials, and supporting knowledge transfer activities. - Support the deployment and adoption of scalable digital solutions across Europe. - Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, IT, HR, and Operational Excellence teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver solutions.
