This position provides customer service and urinalysis monitoring for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and other clinical programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors and records patient urinalysis to ensure the integrity of the patient's urine sample.
- Provides customer service and monitoring during dispensing hours.
- Maintains a clean, safe work area and immediately reports any potential hazards to supervisors.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect for the patients while maintaining patients' dignity and confidentiality.
- Provides medication monitoring of pre-poured doses for patients when the dispensing nurse takes scheduled leave. Ensures logs and documentation are completed according to operating policy and label instructions.
