OPL ( Operations Project Leader )

As part of our growth, we are looking for an OPL to lead and coordinate new projects from development to serial production.
๐ก ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, and control of new projects in line with preplanning and group procedures.
๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
- Use preplanning as a development and monitoring tool for project tasks
- Implement and follow up on PDP (Project Development Plan)
- Coordinate SOP and ensure smooth production launch
- Support production during prototype and serial phases
- Ensure coordination between all departments
- Act as the key interface with the central customer team
๐ค ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ:
- ๐ Engineering degree
- ๐ญ Minimum 4 years of experience (automotive sector)
- ๐ค Strong transversal management, leadership, and influence skills
- โก Ability to manage stress and priorities
- ๐ฌ Fluent in English
