Position description:

Account Manager to support and service new and existing client accounts for our Singapore office. The AE will be responsible for all aspects of the pre & post digital sales process including creating digital marketing proposals, overseeing campaign setup and delivery, and overall client support and satisfaction.

You Will:

• Develop digital media plans and presentations for client briefs and proposals, work with external clients, both agency and direct brand, as well as internal teams across sales & marketing and ad operations. Collaborate with sales and marketing on ideation and plan strategy Become an expert in digital media strategies in order to assemble the strongest media plans and proposals Partner with internal teams, including Sales & Marketing, Campaign Management, and Digital Ad Operations, to successfully execute and manage digital ad campaigns from start to finish
• Communicate directly with clients across the full campaign lifecycle from campaign launch all the way to post campaign reporting, analysis and support

You Are:

• Proven: You have at least 5 to 8 years of previous online advertising or marketing experience at a digital agency or ad tech firm, including client facing experience. You are well versed in digital marketing fundamentals. Must be proficient in Powerpoint and Excel. Bachelor's degree required.
• Strategic: A balance of creativity and strategy guide your decision-making. You are an organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, changing environment. In any context, you manage to take both time and priority into account.
