Gain experience in Private Equity and support the team in healthcare and technology investments across Europe.
Armira Opportunities is a newly launched strategy that scales Armira’s proven “Mittelstand” (Mid Cap) approach to larger, more complex investment situations (€50m+ EBITDA). We focus on transformational investments in leading European family- and founder-owned businesses at pivotal moments in their evolution. The strategy targets investments in large European healthcare and tech companies and has completed several transactions to date. The highly motivated team combines deep sector expertise with strong investment experience and is led by Stefan Oschmann (former CEO of Merck) and Leo Walde (Managing Partner at Armira, former Blackstone).
Gain experience in Private Equity and support the team in healthcare and technology investments across Europe.
- Support sourcing through target identification and initial analysis
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation (LBO, CCA, CTA)
- Conduct market and company research to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to investment proposals and due diligence
- Outstanding academics; minimum 4th semester Bachelor, ideally with international experience
- At least 2 internships in top-tier PE, VC, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication in English (C1/C2); additional language a plus
- German Work Permit Required
