Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT concepts, an interest in application support and database validation, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and enhance their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support
- Assist the IT team in providing application support to users.
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic application-related issues.
- Support application testing and report bugs or errors to the relevant team.
- Document issues, solutions, and support activities.
2. Database Validation and Data Checking
- Verify and validate data between two databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify data mismatches, missing records, and discrepancies.
- Assist in basic database queries and data verification activities.
- Report data-related issues to the team for further investigation.
Technical Skills
- SQL: Basic knowledge of SQL queries, data retrieval, data validation, and database operations.
- Python: Basic knowledge of Python programming, scripting, and data handling.
- Database Validation: Ability to check and compare data between two databases and identify discrepancies.
- Application Support: Basic understanding of application troubleshooting and issue reporting.
