Ops Automation Engineer – Data & AI Tools

Carousell Group is seeking an Associate, Operations Automation to own automation, data, and AI tooling that powers Carousell Luxury’s day‑to‑day operations, including marketing data pipelines, ROI dashboards, and Shopify storefronts.

This hands‑on role writes scripts and queries, builds internal dashboards and tools, and works with production data sources and APIs, collaborating with IT, Operations, Customer Support and Finance to deliver reliable automation and measurable performance gains.
