Provide operational support to Head of Dept and provide support to ops specialists

- Update in-house system

- Manage overseas and local job files

- Acknowledge emails and assist Ops with base entry accesses, inventories of our assets, etc..

- Assist to respond to vessels on generic requirements

- Update pre-alerts, in/ out spares movements
