Ops Data Analyst
Summary
Analyze operational data to spot inefficiencies, build dashboards in Google Sheets/Looker, and automate reports for an e-grocery and logistics team.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues based on data analysis.
- Develop Manpower Planning using historical data and operational requirements.
- Develop, manage, and automate dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, or other data visualization tools to support real-time operational monitoring.
- Prepare reports and data visualizations to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill business data analysis needs.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of operational data.
- Perform location analysis using Google My Maps, heatmaps, or similar mapping tools. Demonstrate an understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in the e-grocery, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including dashboard creation and automation. Experience using Looker, Metabase, or other data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work according to operational requirements, including outside regular working hours when necessary.
