Ops Data Analyst - Warehouse Insights & KPI Dashboards

Ingenico Group is hiring a Warehouse Operations Data Analyst in Milano, Italy. The role focuses on driving operational excellence by leveraging data, technology, and reporting tools to improve warehouse performance and logistics decisions.

You will develop and maintain internal applications, design MySQL databases, and create dashboards with Power BI and Excel. The position requires data-driven thinking and collaboration with multiple teams to implement improvements.

Develop, maintain, and improve internal applications used by the ITA Hub. Design and support MySQL databases and PHP-based business solutions. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel. Monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including carrier and cost management metrics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and implement improvements. Provide user support and troubleshoot business systems and operational issues when required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
