Our client are looking for OpsRes Delivery leads/Scrum Masters to join on some high profile and long term upcoming contracts.
OpsRes Delivery Lead/Scrum masters Runs agile delivery, governance, RAID, sprint management and stakeholder coordination.The Delivery Lead / Scrum Master role sits within the Client Tech OpsRes suite of services to manage agile delivery cadence, backlog execution, dependency coordination and squad performance across Operational Resilience workstreams.
- Ability to work under client customers' direction within an existing OpsRes programme, TOM, governance framework and control environment.
- Practical understanding of Important Business Services, impact tolerances, service chain mapping, scenario testing, resilience risk and regulatory evidence.
- Clear communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex resilience issues into actionable backlog items.
- Evidence of structured delivery discipline: prioritisation, RACI, RAID, governance reporting, quality assurance and knowledge transfer.
OpsRes Delivery Lead (Delivery Lead / Scrum Master) - Key Skills & Experience
- Experience as a delivery lead, scrum master, project manager or agile delivery manager in technology, service management or resilience programmes.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, backlog management, sprint planning, dependency management and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain delivery momentum in complex client environments.
- Experience managing RAID, delivery reporting, governance forums and customer-facing progress updates.
- Strong facilitation, communication and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with operational resilience, ITSM, technology risk or service transformation delivery is advantageous.
