OPT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit OPT candidates via job portals, social media and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and match the right profiles.
• Guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication.
• Follow up consistently for quick closures.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Deliver quality placements within timelines.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 2 years of experience in OPT.
• Understanding of OPT/CPT/H1B processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to multitask in a target-driven environment.
