• Position: OPT Recruiter (C2C and Full time Bench Sales process)
• Experience : 2+years.
• Shift Timings;7:30PM IST to 4:30AM IST.
• Manage the recruitmentprocess from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and implementeffective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintainrelationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews andassessments to evaluate candidate fit.
