Optical Engineering Technician

This is a hands on production role so the target candidate spends their day building and tuning highly sensitive optical systems, troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies and testing. 5 to 10 years of technical experience who is comfortable on lab gear like oscilloscopes, power supplies, RF power meters and signal generators, plus shop tools or any experiaince with spectroscopy, photonics, optics or semiconductor instrumentation background who can read schematics, maintain a bill of material and write production work instructions.
