EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

Currently a candidate pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school in US.

Manage and maintain the test lab environment, ensuring it is well-equipped and functional.
Install, configure, and test optical transport equipment according to test plans.
Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to execute test plans effectively.
Collaborate with customers visiting the lab to demonstrate equipment performance and address any queries.
Drive lab policies and quality control, ensuring all tests are conducted with precision and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all lab activities and test results.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in optical transport equipment.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements in the lab.
Ensure a safe and secure lab environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Perform any required equipment ordering, logistics, and shipping to support the lab

Strong knowledge of optical transport technologies and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers.
Proficiency in using lab equipment and test instrumentation.
Familiarity with industry-standard lab practices and protocols.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
