Role Summary:
Optics Manufacturing Technician focuses on the precision sub-assembly, alignment, and bench testing of optical and laser modules used in advanced full-spectrum flow cytometry systems, ensuring reproducible quality through standard manufacturing and testing procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Build precise optical and laser hardware modules using small component mechanical assembly skills.
- Conduct bench tests on sub-assemblies to verify performance quality.
- Inspect and review assembly work done by others, fixing minor manufacturing defects.
- Keep accurate production logs and follow strict product specifications.
- Identify assembly issues and help recommend workflow or design improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or engineering or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on component assembly experience.
- Strong fine-motor mechanical aptitude and familiarity with standard laboratory or optical manufacturing guidelines.
