This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the calibration, optical alignment, and final testing of advanced Cytek Cytometer Systems — contributing directly to products that make a meaningful difference in the life sciences field.

Role Summary:
Optics Manufacturing Technician focuses on the precision sub-assembly, alignment, and bench testing of optical and laser modules used in advanced full-spectrum flow cytometry systems, ensuring reproducible quality through standard manufacturing and testing procedures

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build precise optical and laser hardware modules using small component mechanical assembly skills.
  • Conduct bench tests on sub-assemblies to verify performance quality.
  • Inspect and review assembly work done by others, fixing minor manufacturing defects.
  • Keep accurate production logs and follow strict product specifications.
  • Identify assembly issues and help recommend workflow or design improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or engineering or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on component assembly experience.
  • Strong fine-motor mechanical aptitude and familiarity with standard laboratory or optical manufacturing guidelines.
