👓 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive eye examinations, refraction tests and optical dispensing.
Recommend suitable prescription lenses, lens coatings and frames based on customers' needs.
Provide professional contact lens fitting, dispensing and aftercare advice.
Maintain accurate customer prescription records, work orders and payment transactions.
Deliver excellent customer service and professional eye care advice.
Support daily retail store operations.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
Valid registration and practising certificate with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore.
Knowledge of contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare and management of contact lens complications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Optometrists from private practice backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Able to work retail rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as rostered.
