Optometrist - Dilkon, AZ
We are seeking an Optometrist in Dilkon, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic optometrist with a strong interest in ocular disease to provide meaningful care. The role offers the chance to practice full-scope optometry in a rural Indian Health Service setting, where flexibility, clinical skill, and compassionate patient care are truly valued. Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000
- $25,000 signing bonus/relocation assistance
- $15,000 retention bonus after the first year
- 19.5 days of vacation
- 12 paid holidays
- Opportunity to repay loans through the IHS Loan Repayment Program
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 5 days of Continuing Education leave
- $3,000 toward Continuing Education costs
Requirements:
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining one
