What you'll do:

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive optometric care while ensuring consistent clinical excellence, outstanding patient experiences, and strong support for practice operations. You’ll deliver thorough eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, collaborate closely with office teams, and adapt to varying patient volumes, staffing needs, and practice environments. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. You’ll have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry, caring for patients across age groups and a wide range of visual and medical conditions. Using the latest technology, you’ll provide accurate diagnoses, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and educate patients on healthy vision and preventive care. Who we're seeking:

We’re seeking a well-rounded Optometrist with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding, personalized patient care. A licensed O.D. in the practicing state is required, and residency training, two years of prior experience, and glaucoma certification are preferred. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine commitment to patient health and safety. Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
