- Eye Test & Clinical Excellence
- Conduct accurate and comprehensive eye examinations as per 14 Step SOP.
- Ensure correct refraction, prescription and documentation.
- Explain prescription findings clearly to customers.
- Identify and appropriately refer customers requiring further clinical evaluation.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in eye-test procedures.
- Ensure 100% compliance with clinical protocols and equipment usage.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the examination area.
- Minimise prescription-related complaints, remakes and errors.
- Sales & Business Growth
- Own your monthly / weekly / daily revenue target.
- Greet & capture walk-in → eyetest→ prescription → purchase conversion.
- Pitch eye test to every walk-in and ensure maximum eyetest to walk-in conversion.
- Deliver best in class eyetest and ensure maximum order to eyetest conversion.
- Improve average order value (AOV) by maximising BOGO, PAL adoption, premium frames & lens dispensing.
