Whitewater Eye Centers is looking for a full-time Optometrist to join our physician-owned, multi-location practice serving Indiana and Ohio.
This position will primarily work in our Richmond, Connersville, and Greenfield offices and will include a mix of routine vision care and medical eye care. You’ll work alongside experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and support staff, with an established patient base already in place.
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $95,000–$150,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Additional quarterly productivity compensation based on attributable collections
- 15 paid days annually for vacation, personal time, and continuing education
- Up to $5,000 annually for eligible continuing education and other professional or business-related expenses

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and provide routine vision care
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions within the scope of optometric practice
- Provide medical eye care and ongoing disease management
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and eye health
- Coordinate patient care with ophthalmologists and other members of the clinical team
- Complete accurate and timely patient documentation
- Travel between assigned locations based on scheduling and patient needs
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
- Current Indiana optometry license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work well with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
- New graduates and experienced optometrists are welcome to apply
