Use Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS to modernize existing systems. Support critical Virginia Vital Records applications, including Birth, Death, and Screening Registries. Work on data modernization projects and maintain integrations with state and federal agency systems.
