Oracle APEX Programmer

About the Role

KalSoft is looking for an Oracle APEX Programmer responsible for core APEX development, system integration, troubleshooting, and defect remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
• Perform system integration and support REST service integrations.
• Troubleshoot application and technical issues.
• Analyze and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle development, including 4+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX experience.
• Recent project experience using Oracle APEX 22.x or later.
• Advanced PL/SQL skills, including packages, triggers, dynamic SQL, exception handling, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of: Interactive Grids and Reports, Dynamic Actions, Universal Theme, JavaScript, CSS, and REST service consumption.
• Experience delivering at least 2 production Oracle APEX applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bilingual/RTL Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with APEX workflow and approvals.
• Oracle certification.
