Hiring: Scrum Master / Project Manager - Oracle Apps Technical
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong Oracle Apps Technical expertise to manage Agile delivery, lead technical teams, and coordinate Oracle EBS development and integration projects.

Job Details
- Experience: 8-12 Years
- Location: Pune / Bangalore
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
- Up to 21 LPA
- Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Manage sprint execution, track team velocity, delivery commitments, and project milestones.
- Handle end-to-end project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage JIRA boards, sprint backlogs, user stories, estimations, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate technical development teams for Oracle EBS enhancements and integrations.
- Review technical designs, development estimates, implementation plans, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery governance.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Apps Technical and Oracle EBS R12 .
- Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
- Experience with Concurrent Programs, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, Interfaces, APIs, and Oracle Workflow.
- Understanding of Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations with external applications.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Strong experience in Scrum Master and/or Technical Project Management.
Good to Have
- Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), WebMethods, REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM).
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience managing distributed teams and production support activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A professional who can balance Scrum Master responsibilities, project delivery management, and Oracle Apps Technical knowledge while effectively coordinating business and technical teams.
