Required Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
10+ years of total IT industry experience.
At least 5 years in implementing Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M.
Must possess knowledge of all functional modules in CCS/CCB/C2M end-to-end.
Must possess knowledge of OUAF framework and config tools.
Needs to have a very Good understanding of Oracle CCS Product Architecture , Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework
Should be aware of OCI, OIC and other SAAS nuances in the context of Oracle CCS.
Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in large complex transformation programs
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and delivery management background
Experience of leading design team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
