As an Oracle CDP/Unity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on working with Oracle's suite of applications and tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organization.

Responsibilities

- Implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, and marketing automation solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization using Oracle's suite of tools
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering relationships to understand and anticipate client needs
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations

What You Must Have


• Overall experience of 8–12 years, with strong hands-on and leadership experience in Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
• Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Unity/CDP implementations.
• Good working experience with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, particularly integrations between Unity, Eloqua, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, technical design, data modelling, integrations, delivery management, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Ability to lead teams comprising developers, consultants, administrators, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Customer 360, CRM, Marketing Automation, Service, Loyalty, Analytics, Data Warehouses, and enterprise integrations.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead the overall solution design, architecture, implementation, and support of Oracle Unity solutions.
• Work closely with business, marketing, sales, service, IT, data, and architecture teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Unity solutions.
• Own technical design decisions and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, integration, data governance, and performance standards.
• Lead requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops and provide recommendations based on Oracle Unity capabilities and best practices.
• Review and approve technical requirements, solution design documents, integration specifications, source-to-target mappings, test strategies, deployment plans, and operational documentation.
• Manage multiple Unity workstreams and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, training, feedback, and guidance to developers, consultants, administrators, and end business users.
• Perform solution and design reviews and establish reusable development, integration, and configuration standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, data-quality issues, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and other vendors for product issues, enhancements, patches, and technical escalations.
• Work with marketing teams to define how customer segments and attributes from Oracle Unity can be activated through Oracle Eloqua campaigns and marketing programs.
• Manage key business and technology stakeholders, align priorities, and communicate scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery status for Oracle Unity initiatives.Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Service, CRM, Data, Analytics, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams.
• Own the overall Oracle Unity solution architecture and define scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable CDP solution patterns.Design end-to-end data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, integration, and Customer 360 architecture across enterprise systems.
• Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and capability showcases for Oracle Unity use cases and platform features.Present Customer 360, identity resolution, segmentation, intelligent attributes, dashboards, integrations, and activation flows to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.Work with sales and delivery teams to define Unity solution approaches, scope, timelines, assumptions, integrations, and resource requirements.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity, utilization, workload, and delivery commitments across multiple Oracle Unity projects and workstreams.Identify skill gaps, support hiring and onboarding, and drive training, cross-skilling, mentoring, and capability development within the team.

Oracle Unity / CDP Technical Responsibilities
• Design the overall Oracle Unity data architecture, including source systems, ingestion strategy, data models, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and downstream integrations.
• Design and configure data feeds and ingestion jobs to bring customer, transactional, behavioral, engagement, and other enterprise data into Oracle Unity.
• Define and review source-to-target mappings between source systems, data warehouses, Oracle Unity, CRM, Marketing, Service, Loyalty, Analytics, and other downstream platforms.
• Configure and extend Oracle Unity data models based on business, reporting, analytical, and activation requirements.
• Maintain strong understanding of Oracle Unity data objects, relationships, attributes, metadata, and query capabilities.
• Design and configure Identity Resolution rules, including match rules, survivorship rules, master entity identification, and resolution of duplicate or conflicting customer records.
• Review and troubleshoot MCPS queries and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Design and create Intelligent Attributes and use them in calculations, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and activation use cases.
• Define and implement customer segmentation strategies using demographic, transactional, behavioral, engagement, and predictive attributes.
• Create, configure, and manage Data Science and Machine Learning models available within Oracle Unity and assess their applicability to business use cases.
• Configure and manage address validation, standardization, enrichment, and data-quality processes.
• Design and develop Customer 360 dashboards using rules, sub-rules, data source views, calculated attributes, and custom widgets.
• Develop dashboards for customer engagement, segmentation, campaign performance, customer behavior, and other business KPIs.
• Design and manage integrations between Oracle Unity and enterprise applications such as Oracle Sales, Salesforce, Oracle Service, Oracle Loyalty, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Infinity, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Analytics platforms, and third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Unity REST APIs, batch integrations, outbound activation mechanisms, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Define and manage Access Control, users, roles, permissions, and security governance within Oracle Unity.
• Establish data-governance standards covering data ingestion, customer identity, data quality, data privacy, retention, consent, security, and downstream data activation.
• Monitor Unity ingestion jobs, data pipelines, identity-resolution processes, segmentation jobs, calculations, data-science processes, and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution of data-processing, integration, identity-resolution, API, segmentation, and performance issues.
• Review platform usage and recommend performance, scalability, and operational improvements.
• Define customer-data activation patterns to support Customer 360, personalization, lead generation, cross-sell, up-sell, churn management, customer engagement, and next-best-action use cases.

Oracle Eloqua Exposure
• Good understanding of Oracle Eloqua architecture, campaign management, contacts, custom objects, segments, forms, landing pages, and lead-nurturing programs.
• Experience integrating Oracle Unity with Oracle Eloqua for customer segmentation, campaign activation, audience synchronization, and marketing personalization.
• Understand the data flow between Unity, Eloqua, CRM/Salesforce/Oracle Sales, and other downstream marketing systems.
• Support marketing teams in using Unity customer attributes, Intelligent Attributes, and segments within Eloqua campaigns.
• Good understanding of Eloqua integrations, APIs, native connectors, and data synchronization mechanisms.
• Support troubleshooting of data synchronization, campaign activation, contact-management, and integration issues between Unity and Eloqua.
• Understand lead management, lead scoring, campaign responses, and lead hand-off processes between Eloqua and CRM systems.

Integration and Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Unity REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Facilitate design workshops and technical discussions with business, enterprise architecture, security, integration, data, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and Eloqua teams to define customer activation and campaign integration strategies.
• Support project planning, solution estimation, proposals, technical presentations, demos, and pre-sales activities when required.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable solutions, accelerators, frameworks, automation, and implementation best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across Oracle Unity implementation, support, data governance, and operational processes.
• Act as the escalation point for complex Oracle Unity technical and functional issues.

Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of Customer 360, Customer Data Platforms, customer identity, data unification, segmentation, personalization, and activation.
• Good understanding of Marketing Automation and Oracle Eloqua concepts.
