The Oracle Cloud Architect will lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives, cloud platform modernization, database migrations, and architecture governance. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle

Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle databases, Exadata, high-availability architectures, cloud security, and modern data platforms. Experience with Azure data services and AI-enabled solutions will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architectures.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization programs for Oracle workloads.
• Define target-state architecture, cloud governance, networking, security, and identity management frameworks.
• Architect high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Far Sync, and Exadata Cloud services.
• Drive database consolidation, performance optimization, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement cloud security controls, IAM, SSO, Cloud Guard, Vault, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop cloud adoption roadmaps and migration strategies.
• Lead technical reviews, architecture governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support data platform modernization using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, and lakehouse architectures.
• Evaluate and implement AI/GenAI solutions within enterprise cloud environments.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven 12+ experience leading large-scale Oracle cloud transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance skills.Experience handling enterprise environments with critical uptime requirements.Ability to design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions. Exposure to modern analytics, data engineering, and AI workloads. Required skills:
