Oracle Cloud Consultant

An Oracle Cloud Consultant designs, implements, and optimises enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS/PaaS platforms. They bridge business requirements with technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud deployments across Oracle's full stack.

Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions covering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers aligned to business objectives.
• Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Database (19c/21c, Autonomous DB, Exadata Cloud) including high availability, RAC, Data Guard, and performance tuning.
• Lead cloud migration strategies: lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting from on-premises or other clouds to OCI.
• Implement security best practices: IAM policies, compartments, network security groups, encryption, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, produce Solution Design Documents (SDD), and present architecture proposals.
• Support pre-sales activities, respond to RFPs, develop PoCs, and produce effort estimates and cost models.
