Summary
Designs, implements, and maintains Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud networking, security, and infrastructure. Manages cloud migrations, deployments, and IaC workflows in regulated environments.
Salary: £130,000 - 136,500 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer within large-scale enterprise programmes.
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of cloud networking, security and infrastructure services.
- Experience supporting cloud migrations and deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code experience, with Terraform preferred.
- Experience working within complex or highly regulated environments.
- Active DV Clearance required.
- Design, build and support cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
- Support cloud migration and transformation activities.
- Monitor performance, availability and security across cloud platforms.
- Work closely with architects, integration teams and functional consultants.

We are supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to help deliver a large-scale Oracle-based transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services. This is a contract role outside IR35, offering £500-£525 per day for 6 months with high extension opportunity. The role is remote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme with a long-term roadmap and significant future extension potential.
