Summary
Leads Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations, configures workflows, and trains users while integrating systems and troubleshooting issues for business processes.

- Support Oracle Cloud CPQ functionalities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CPQ
• Prepare Design Documents
- Design workflows and rules to align with business processes.
- Present and Demo new features and functionality available in Oracle Cloud CPQ as part of quarterly updates
- Validate end to end business process post quarterly update
- Provide functional inputs to design Automated Functional Test Cases
- Share and implement AI features available in Oracle Cloud CPQ as well be part of the team building agents using Oracle Agentic AI studio
- Analyze and Integrate Oracle Cloud CPQ with other applications
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training to end-users and create documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration.
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud CPQ as a Functional Consultant
- Experience in at least two Oracle Cloud CPQ Implementation / Support project.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process in CPQ
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address business needs.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
- Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification is preferred
