As an Oracle Cloud Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in Oracle Technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored Oracle technology strategies to meet business objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
- Guiding teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives within client environments
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality outcomes
- Collaborating with client leadership to identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation
- Confirming compliance with professional and technical standards in all deliverables
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
