About the Role

The Oracle Data Engineer and APEX Lead provides technical leadership across Oracle APEX applications and data engineering, overseeing architecture, development,automationand governance. The role focuses on secure solutions, Python data pipelines, CI/CD, compliance, developermentoringand senior stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Build Python data pipelines to clean,validateand transform Excel data into structured databases.

Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows for secure deployment across government environments.

Design and optimise Oracle ADW data models and warehouses for secure, high-performance analytics.

Provide technical leadership, mentordevelopersand work with stakeholders to translate business and policy requirements into effective digital solutions.

Extensive Python experience building automated ETL/ELT pipelines and transforming complex data into production-ready schemas.

Experience establishing and governing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows for secure deployment across government environments.

Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to set engineering standards and build internal technical capability.
