Oracle DBA

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases, as well as implementing backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard. You will also work with Oracle RAC to ensure high availability and scalability of database systems. Additionally, experience with Oracle GoldenGate for data replication and integration will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases in a multi-user environment. - Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to optimize performance. - Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions using RMAN and Data Guard. - Ensure database security and compliance with organizational policies. - Collaborate with application developers to optimize database queries and improve application performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner. - Participate in database design and architecture discussions to support business needs. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an Oracle DBA with a strong understanding of Oracle database architecture. - Proficiency in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and GoldenGate. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
