Oracle Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Oracle applications in line with project and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Develop database procedures, functions, packages, and other database components as required.
- Design, code, test, and maintain Oracle-based systems in accordance with established development standards and best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code and maintain clear technical and coding documentation.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct testing and trial runs of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support system enhancements, modifications, and continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Oracle Certification (OCA or OCP) is preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms & Reports.
- Good knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with web services is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience or exposure to the retail industry is preferred.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and development techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage assigned priorities.
