Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
Communicate highly technical concepts verbally and in writing
Manage assigned work tickets based on priority
Successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Oracle SR management including escalations
Dedication to innovation
Invest educational time in new Oracle solutions
Develop strong rapport and gain trust of client base
Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle Cloud
Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend technical/functional solutions
Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Provide technical and functional support of integrations, data mapping, data analysis
Create detailed technical specification documents
Coordinate with other colleagues globally, fostering a collaborative work environment
Follow Hackett methodology – and observe any client specific variations in methodology
Understand when to ask for help and when to continue working independently
Ability to estimate enhancements identifying tasks and hours needed
