Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end operational and functional support for Oracle EBS R12 applications.

• Analyze and document existing customizations and business functionalities to ensure system efficiency and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain and align financial business flows with customer-specific processes.

• Prepare, maintain, and update support-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Engage with business users to gather new requirements and translate them into comprehensive Functional and Technical Specification Documents.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.).

• Proven experience in functional support and documentation preparation.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
