Oracle Ebs Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development, customization, integrations, reports, interfaces, and support activities related to HRMS and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 technical components for HRMS and Payroll modules.
2. Develop and support BI Publisher (XML Publisher) reports and templates.
3. Develop Oracle Reports, Forms, PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
4. Work on inbound and outbound interfaces using:
   
5. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HRMS/Payroll and third-party applications.
6. Work on Oracle Workflow customization and support.
7. Develop and maintain concurrent programs, value sets, request sets, and executables.
8. Work on data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRMS and Payroll processes.
10. Support payroll processing, costing, and employee data-related technical requirements.
11. Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
12. Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment.
