As an Oracle Eloqua - Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by implementing and configuring Oracle's suite of applications. Your role will involve managing the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization, confirming seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on delivering strategic solutions that align with client objectives and enhance their business processes.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing teams, managing client service accounts, and driving client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate complex situations, and deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining accountability for project success. You are expected to embrace technology and innovation, using these tools to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Experience
• Overall experience of 8–12 years, with strong hands-on and leadership experience in Oracle Eloqua / Oracle Marketing Cloud and enterprise marketing automation solutions.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Eloqua implementations, enhancements, integrations, and campaign transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, technical design, campaign automation, CRM integrations, delivery management, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Ability to lead teams comprising developers, consultants, campaign specialists, administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead Management, Customer Journeys, Campaign Management, Analytics, Data Integration, and enterprise marketing technology ecosystems.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead the overall solution design, architecture, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Eloqua marketing automation solutions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing automation initiatives including demand-generation programs, lead-nurturing journeys, event campaigns, audience segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated customer and prospect journeys.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into scalable and reusable Eloqua solution designs and automation strategies.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and solution-design sessions with Marketing, Business Development, CRM, Technology, Data, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and marketing stakeholders and recommend appropriate campaign designs, segmentation strategies, personalization approaches, lead-management processes, and marketing automation capabilities.
• Own technical and functional design decisions and ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, integration, data-governance, and marketing-technology standards.
• Review and approve technical requirements, solution designs, campaign specifications, integration mappings, testing strategies, deployment plans, and operational documentation.
• Manage multiple Eloqua projects, campaigns, and workstreams and ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, integration issues, campaign-processing challenges, and platform limitations and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support, internal technology teams, application owners, and third-party vendors for product issues, enhancements, patches, integrations, and technical escalations.
• Manage key business and technology stakeholders, align priorities, and ensure clear communication on scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, CRM, Technology, Data, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams.
• Own the overall Oracle Eloqua solution architecture and define scalable, reusable, secure, and maintainable solution patterns.Design end-to-end integrations and data flows across Eloqua, CRM, CDP, middleware, analytics, and third-party applications.
• Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and capability showcases to present Oracle Eloqua features and proposed solutions.Present architecture, campaign flows, integrations, and implementation approaches to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.Work with sales and delivery teams to define suitable solution approaches, scope, timelines, assumptions, and resource requirements
• Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity, utilization, workload, and delivery commitments across multiple Eloqua projects and workstreams.Identify skill gaps, support hiring and onboarding, and drive training, cross-skilling, mentoring, and capability development within the team.

Oracle Eloqua Technical Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Eloqua Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas solutions.
• Design and manage campaign orchestration involving segmentation, decision rules, personalization, lead nurturing, lead scoring, routing, and automated communications.
• Oversee the creation and management of:

• Define and govern audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer, prospect, campaign, behavioral, and CRM data.
• Lead implementation of lead-nurturing programs and automated journeys across different stages of the customer and prospect lifecycle.
• Design and manage lead-scoring models and lead-management processes, including qualification, routing, and hand-off to CRM or sales teams.
• Ensure effective synchronization of contacts, leads, campaigns, responses, opportunities, and other marketing data between Eloqua and CRM applications.
• Establish campaign quality-assurance processes covering configuration review, end-to-end testing, integration testing, data validation, deployment readiness, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Monitor campaign processing, integration jobs, CRM synchronization, and data flows and proactively resolve failed-processing or configuration issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex campaign, data, integration, synchronization, and platform issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Review overall Eloqua platform usage and recommend improvements related to scalability, performance, usability, and operational efficiency.

Integration and Data Management
• Lead and govern integrations between Oracle Eloqua and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales / Fusion CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of campaign, contact, lead, opportunity, response, consent, and marketing-preference data flows across integrated applications.
• Design and manage integrations between Eloqua and:
• Salesforce CRM
• Oracle Sales / Fusion CRM
• Event-management platforms
• Webinar platforms
• Websites
• Analytics platforms

• Third-party marketing applications

• Lead analysis of marketing and campaign performance, including:

Platform Governance and Administration
• Define and maintain Eloqua platform-governance standards including:
• Naming conventions
• Folder structures
• Campaign standards

• Asset-management standards
• Documentation standards
• Access controls
• Environment housekeeping
• Oversee Eloqua user provisioning, role-based access, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure appropriate segregation of responsibilities and alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), campaign checklists, solution documentation, reusable templates, and best-practice frameworks.
• Drive platform-health reviews and identify opportunities for cleanup, optimization, and standardization.
• Ensure campaign and platform processes align with applicable data privacy, consent, preference-management, and digital-marketing compliance requirements.

Leadership and Management Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Associates, Senior Associates, developers, campaign specialists, and Eloqua administrators.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and act as the escalation point for complex Oracle Eloqua issues.
• Allocate work, manage priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure appropriate resource and capacity planning.
• Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to functional, technical, security, quality, and operational standards.
• Mentor team members through technical sessions, knowledge-sharing, coaching, and hands-on guidance.

• Drive continuous improvement across Eloqua implementation, campaign delivery, platform administration, integrations, and support processes.
• Contribute to the broader Marketing Technology roadmap and recommend enhancements to platform capabilities, integrations, analytics, automation, and user adoption.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua / Oracle Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Campaign Canvas, Program Canvas, segmentation, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, contact management, custom objects, shared filters, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts including demand generation, campaign orchestration, lead nurturing, personalization, segmentation, lead management, and campaign analytics.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Eloqua with Salesforce, Oracle Sales, or comparable enterprise CRM applications.
• Strong understanding of marketing and CRM data models and data movement across integrated applications.
• Experience managing complex marketing automation programs involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, integrations, and dependencies.
• Strong experience in solution design, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions.
• Experience defining and monitoring marketing KPIs, operational metrics, dashboards, and campaign-performance reporting.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Oracle CX Sales Cloud / Oracle Fusion Sales, including REST/SOAP web services, integrations, Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly campaign, lead, contact, opportunity, and marketing-integration processes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, SFTP/file-based integrations, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with marketing analytics, BI/reporting, and data-visualization platforms.
• Understanding of email deliverability, subscription and preference management, consent management, data privacy, and digital-marketing compliance.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, release management, and defect resolution.
• Oracle Eloqua or related Oracle Marketing / CX certifications are desirable.
• Exposure to Customer Data Platforms such as Oracle Unity and the activation of customer segments and attributes into Eloqua is an added advantage.
