Oracle EPM Architect / Lead – PBCS & FCCS – Melbourne / Sydney

Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect / Lead with expertise in Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The role involves leading solution design, client workshops, architecture decisions, and implementation delivery across Oracle EPM planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and close processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather business requirements across Oracle EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation solutions.
• Drive solution architecture, functional design, configuration, and implementation across PBCS and FCCS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions aligned with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial close processes.
• Design and maintain application architecture, dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, business rules, forms, and workflows.
• Lead solution design reviews and ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle EPM best practices.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and project delivery teams to resolve functional and technical challenges.
• Oversee integrations, data loads, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across Oracle EPM implementation, transformation, and enhancement projects.
• Manage project deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly PBCS and FCCS.
• Experience in an Oracle EPM Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical / Functional Lead role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and financial close processes.
• Experience designing planning and consolidation applications, dimensions, metadata, business rules, forms, workflows, and security.
• Knowledge of data integration, data mapping, and data loads within Oracle EPM.
• Experience with EPM tools such as Calculation Manager, Groovy, and EPM Automate, where relevant.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience delivering Oracle EPM implementation, transformation, or enhancement projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments and Agile delivery teams.
