Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to implement and support Oracle cloud EPM modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) for financial planning, consolidation, and reconciliation processes. Requires deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud architecture, calculation management, data integration, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

1. Core EPM Platform Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience in:


  • EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service) – primary focus

  • FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service)

  • ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

  • Deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and components

  • Application design, configuration, and deployment across EPM modules

? 2. EPBCS / Planning Technical Skills (Primary Focus)

  • Application build & configuration:

  • Planning forms, dashboards, business rules

  • Workforce / Capex / Financial planning modules

  • Data forms, Smart Lists, Groovy-based rules (advanced)

  • Metadata management (dimensions, hierarchies, attributes)

  • Calculation Manager:

  • Business rules, rule sets, templates

  • Data integration:

  • Data Management / Data Integration (FDMEE / Data Exchange equivalents)

? 3. FCCS Technical Skills

  • Consolidation configuration:

  • Ownership management, intercompany eliminations

  • Currency translation and consolidation rules

  • Custom calculations using Consolidation rules / Calc Manager

  • Data loading & mapping for financial close cycles

  • Close Manager / task manager awareness (optional but valuable)

? 4. ARCS Technical Skills

  • Reconciliation profile configuration

  • Transaction matching rules & automation

  • Data sources and integration with GL / upstream systems

  • Workflow and lifecycle management

  • Exception handling and reporting

? 5. Integration & Data Management Skills (Critical)

  • Oracle Integration tools:

  • Data Integration / Data Management (FDMEE equivalent)

  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Understanding of integration patterns:

  • Inbound / outbound data flows

  • Batch (file-based) and real-time integrations
