Oracle ERP Application Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Functional Oracle ERP Finance experience
  • Experience with at least some of the following: Oracle E-Business Suite, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Finance configuration, SQL and/or PL/SQL, application support and troubleshooting, testing configurations, patches or customisations
  • Experience across areas such as Fixed Assets, Cash Management, E-Business Tax or Oracle sub-ledgers would be useful but is not essential
  • A relevant degree would be useful, but strong Oracle Finance experience is more important
Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle E-Business Suite finance applications
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle Finance
  • Configure, test and implement changes
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Work with SQL and PL/SQL to investigate and resolve issues
  • Support patching, upgrades and application maintenance
  • Test Oracle patches, configurations and customisations
  • Support incident management and root cause analysis
  • Work with finance users and technical teams across EMEA and the US
  • Contribute to smaller projects and system improvements

We are a global technology business with a production support team in Southampton, supporting Oracle applications across EMEA with a focus on finance. This is an office-based, permanent role offering a salary of £45,000 to £60,000.
