Support Oracle ERP implementation and supply chain process improvements

Your new role
- Support solution design, process standardisation and ERP delivery.
- Review processes and functional specifications; implement agreed configurations.
- Prepare and execute tests, support UAT and resolve issues.
- Prepare materials and support user training.
- Support go-live, system checks and post-launch fixes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Over 5 years' experience in retail/commercial supply chain, demand planning, inventory or deals and rebates.
- Knowledge of SQL, APEX and API integration.
- ERP implementation preferred; food retail, health and beauty, convenience store commercial/marketing or matrix organisation experience a plus.
- Strong functional analysis, process mapping and solution design experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, resourceful and customer-focused; able to manage change and competing priorities globally.
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
