Oracle ERP Technical Retek Module Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in Oracle RETEK, PLSQL and should have a strong retail domain, stock ledger, stock recording functional knowledge. Experience with Unix shell scripting, Pro*C will be considered a significant advantage.

- Mode of work : Hybrid
Must Have: Oracle RETEK, PLSQL, strong retail domain and stock ledger functional knowledge
Good To Have: Pro*C/Oracle database
- Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP.
- Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
- Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type.
- Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
- Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
- Work on change requests from business.
- Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
- Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
- Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
- Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
- Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
- Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
- Document all the learning’s from the project
- Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
- Should be able to do the out of hours support and willing to work in UK shift
