As they continue to build and strengthen their Test Practice, they are looking for an experienced Test Manager who can provide leadership, influence stakeholders, and ensure testing remains a key focus throughout the programme.
Your new role
As the Test Manager, you will lead the testing strategy and delivery across a complex Oracle ERP transformation. You'll work across both business and technology teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the programme while managing multiple testing streams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall test strategy for a large Oracle ERP transformation.
- Lead and mentor testing teams across multiple workstreams.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Ensure testing risks, dependencies, and issues are proactively managed.
- Drive continuous improvement within the organisation's Test Practice.
- Collaborate with vendors and delivery partners to achieve successful programme outcomes.
- Champion quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle ERP implementations or transformations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise testing methodologies and governance.
- Ability to communicate confidently with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Experience leading distributed testing teams across complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Referenceable experience delivering successful outcomes on large scale transformation projects.
