Oracle ERP Testing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Testing Consultant with expertise in Oracle ERP testing and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications. The candidate should have experience in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute test cases for Oracle ERP and HCM modules.
• Perform end-to-end testing of HR business processes.
• Conduct integration testing between Oracle HCM Cloud and other ERP modules.
• Perform regression testing during quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Validate employee data, transactions, workflows, and business processes.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.
• Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation.
