Oracle ETL Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ETL Lead with strong expertise in Oracle database technologies, ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing. The candidate will be responsible for leading ETL development activities, designing and implementing complex data pipelines, optimizing SQL and PL/SQL performance, and ensuring high-quality data delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL development, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL workflows and data integration processes.
• Develop advanced Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Work extensively with Oracle databases, data warehousing, and large-volume data processing.
• Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Perform SQL query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and database performance optimization.
• Analyze source-to-target mapping documents and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Handle data validation, reconciliation, data quality checks, and error handling.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ETL developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution of ETL failures.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to ETL development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and production implementation.
